Article 1º.- ORGANIZER

The Promodeport Sports Association, in collaboration with the Los Alcázares City Council, organize the III “100KM Pedestres Region of Murcia” according to the following regulations:

Article 2º.- PROOF

The test will be held on Saturday, MARCH 9, 2019 from 07: 00h, in Los Alcázares, with the start and finish located at: Paseo Marítimo de Los Alcázares (Frente Club Nautico)

TESTS:

100 KM en route

50 KM en route

RELAY RACE 10X10

Date: Saturday, March 9, 2019

Place: Los Alcázares Promenade

Time limit: 13 hours.

Article 3º.- MODALITY OF PARTICIPATION

It may be disputed according to the following modalities:

Individual popular test of 100 km en route, to be held on the Paseo Marítimo de Los Alcázares, starting at 7:00 a.m., with a maximum time of 13 hours (establishing the closure of the race at 8:00 p.m.).

You can run 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 Kilometers, receiving the corresponding trophy.

Popular test by teams in relays of up to 10 components, each running a distance of 10,000 meters (in case of less than 10 components, any of the remaining will be allowed double distance)

Article 4º.- PARTICIPANTS

Any runner without racial, sexual or nationality discrimination can participate, duly registered and over 18 years of age.

Article 5º.- ROUTE:

The route will be a Circuit enabled on the Promenade with a distance of: 5,000 meters per lap. Completely flat, having to complete 20 laps to complete the total distance: 100 km. The circuit will be marked by signaling banners, fences, cones and plastic beacon.

Article 6º.- SUPPLIES

A provisioning point will be established in the starting area, for general use (only for runners who are in the race), on each lap of the circuit, consisting of water, isotonic, nuts, biscuits, fruits, etc. Within this post, an area will be set up where each runner can deposit their own supplies.

Article 7º.- PARTICIPANT CONTROL

Each participant will collect the Bib and Chip before the start, which they will wear visibly on the chest and back and respecting their advertising.

ATTENTION TO THE EXIT CONTROL:

INDIVIDUAL DEPARTURE: It will be open from 6:30 am on the Departure line, and where the participant will not be able to leave the venue until the departure time at 7:00.

TEAM DEPARTURE: It will start at 9:30. Each runner will travel a distance of 10,000 meters, passing the chip to the next partner, in the area enabled for it.

Article 8º.- TEST CONTROL:

A control point will be established on the route through which all runners must pass on a mandatory basis.

The athlete will wear a DORSAL-CHIP on the chest and back to facilitate timing and control. The bib is personal and non-transferable.

Article 9º.- ADVERTISING IN THE ATHLETES

Advertising of athletes' clothing must be in accordance with IAAF Standards.

Article 10.- ABANDONMENT

The athlete who abandons must communicate it and deliver the bib-chip upon arrival at the Control post.

Article 11º.- CATEGORIES

The following categories will be established:

INDIVIDUAL:

General Absolute Male and Female.

Senior: 18 to 34 years old

MASTER 35

MASTER 40

MASTER 45

MASTER 50

MASTER 55

MASTER 60

MASTER 65

MASTER 70 AND MORE.

Age must be completed on the day of the competition.

TEAMS:

In the participation of Teams modality, no age distinction will be made to its components, nor will they participate as an Individual.

Male

Female

Mixed (at least 3 components of a sex)

Article 12º.- AWARDS, TROPHIES AND CLASSIFICATIONS

INDIVIDUAL:

A general classification and another by categories are established.

TROPHIES:

The 1st and 1st classified overall and the first three in each category will receive a trophy. The rest of the runners who finish the 100 KM race will receive a participation trophy / medal.

THE ATHLETES MAY STOP at the following distances, provided they ARE registered at 100 km:

40km -50km -60km - 70km - 80km - 90km. RECEIVING THE CORRESPONDING PARTICIPATION TROPHY.

THE ATHLETE WHO STOPS IN THESE DISTANCES MUST COMMUNICATE IT TO THE ARRIVAL CHECK POST TO RECEIVE HIS TROPHY / MEDAL.

All those who finish in these distances will receive: PARTICIPATION TROPHY AND APPEAR IN LISTING OF CLASSIFICATION OF EACH DISTANCE without distinction or prize by categories

TEAMS TROPHY:

To the first three teams with the least time to run the distance of 100 KM

CLASSIFICATIONS: For 100 km and 50 km. A general classification without categories and another one of each category will be established. There will only be trophies by categories and the 1st and 1st of the General. There will be another classification for 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 km without distinction of categories.

There will also be a team classification for the 100 km.

Article 15º.- TROPHY DELIVERY

The delivery of trophies will take place from 16:30. And it will continue as the corridors finish.

Article 13º.- REGISTRATIONS (limited to 150 individual participants)

INDIVIDUAL: The registration fee is € 45 for the 100km event and € 40 for the 50km event, and the participant will receive a commemorative shirt, trophy / medal, and gifts that can be obtained.

BY TEAMS: The team fee is € 120 (and can be up to 10 members), registering the team representative at www.dorsal21.com and sending a list of its members to email mricofra@gmail.com (see form Excel) with all your data, in the order of departure, before February 20, 2019.

Article 14º.- COLLECTION OF DORSALS:

The bibs can be collected and all the information received, starting on FRIDAY 8, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in (place pending designation) and the teams, up to one hour before the test, in the Tent of the organization, where the team delegates will collect the runner's bag with the Bib, Chip and Commemorative T-shirt for all the participants of their teams.

For the collection of numbers it will be MANDATORY to present the DNI or official document that proves the identity. Only numbers are delivered to the holder of the registration or person authorized by it.

THE PARTICIPATION OF ANY RUNNER WITHOUT DORSAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR SAFETY REASONS, since those who do not visibly wear their bib will not be covered by the organization's insurance.

Article 15.- TECHNICAL CONTROL

The test will be controlled by personnel of the organization exclusively. Time control will be through a specialized company. The results and classifications will be borne by the timekeeper. All claims must be made before 15 'after the results have been published. In any question or doubt that is not contemplated in these regulations, the criteria of the organization will be applied.

Article 16.- ACCOMPANIMENT

Only vehicles determined by the police and organization may accompany the test.

Article 16.- SANITARY DEVICE

An appropriate medical device will be organized in accordance with current legislation. The organization recommends a medical check-up and / or a stress test for all those who have not previously undergone a test with similar characteristics or who have been without physical exercise for a long period of time.

Article 16.- The following may be grounds for disqualification:

- Do not complete the entire tour on foot through the place marked by the organization.

- Do not go through the exit control and those established in the route.

- Invest more than 13h in the running race from the start time in the 100 km test

- Do not follow the instructions of the judges, the organization or security personnel.

- Do not wear the bib on the front of the shirt and in a clearly visible place.

- Receive external help outside the provisioning areas.

- Do not carry the chip (or equivalent system) in the indicated place.

- Participate with the number of another runner.

- Participate with a bib not authorized by the Organization.

Participants are not authorized to run accompanied by pets, or other people outside the competition, especially minors, for safety reasons, and may be disqualified for this reason, and would not appear in the final classification nor could they access any of the the prizes or gifts that the organization grants.

Article 16º.- INSURANCE

All participants will be included in a sports accident insurance policy and will be covered in the event of possible accidents that may occur as a consequence of career development, and never as a consequence of a latent illness or defect, injury, recklessness, negligence, non-observance of the laws and the articles of the Regulations, indications of the organization, etc., nor those produced when traveling to and from the place where the degree is held.

IMPORTANT: In the event of an accident, such a situation must be communicated to any member of the organization, and the organization's medical services must first attend to it, who will determine the degree of injury and initiate the communication protocol for the injured party.

Article 16º.- CONFIRMATION

All participants acknowledge and confirm by the mere fact of registering and taking part in the start that they are in adequate physical condition, and sufficiently trained to participate in the test. That they do not suffer from illness, physical defect or injury that could be aggravated and seriously harm health by participating in this test. And that if he suffered any type of injury, physical defect or any other circumstance that could aggravate or seriously harm health by participating in this test and / or in its parallel activities, he will inform the Organization, accepting the decisions that the respect are adopted by those responsible for the event.

Article 16º.- AUTHORIZATIONS

I authorize the organizers of the event to record all or part of my participation in it through photographs, films, television, radio, video and any other known means or by knowing and assigning all rights related to their commercial and advertising exploitation that they consider It is appropriate to exercise, without my right to receive any financial compensation.

Article 16º.- ACCEPTANCE

All participants, by registering, accept these regulations and in case of doubt or any situation not reflected in it, the Organizing Committee will prevail.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, which regulates the Protection of Personal Data, all the personal data provided in the registration form will be incorporated into automated files owned by the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, duly registered with the Data Protection Agency, and that they comply with the organizational and security measures required by the Security Measures Regulation regulated by RD 1720/2007.
