As a result of the preventive actions against COVID-19 (better known as coronavirus), the Alcudia de Veo Trail test has had to modify its date and postpone the event until October 3.

The organization gives the option for those who do not want to participate in the new date to recover the amount of their registration, but we do not have all the details, we keep new news.

-------------------------------------------------- ----------

The CD Alcudiadeveoteam, together with the Alcudia de Veo City Council, organizes the Alcudia de Veo Tra il that will allow runners to get to know the Sierra Espadán, in Castellón. An ideal area for running in the mountains and that will take place on October 3 with the first test starting time at 8:00 a.m.

Participants can choose two distances to participate in the test. The 45km ADV Trail with almost 3,500 meters of vertical drop, and the 21km ADV Trail with about 1,500 meters of positive vertical drop. Both will run mainly on trails, although the shorter distance will also take less technical stretches of track. Registration is open to anyone born during or before 2001. In addition, the little ones (born in 2016 or earlier) will be able to enjoy their first experience with the ADV Mini Trail 500 meters away and that makes the test a perfect plan for the whole family.

AdvTrail is governed by the ENVIRONMENTAL DECALOGUE OF THE SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF TRAIL. For less pollution and better use of spaces, athletes are encouraged to attend the event with the fewest number of vehicles. In addition, AdvTrail promotes the practice of responsible physical activity under the requirement of a medical certificate and an electrocardiogram only for its 45k test. We must instill the need for an annual medical review by specialists.

Conditions of participation

The AdvTrail45k and AdvTrail21k are demanding tests that are run in semi-autonomy in the middle of the mountain. We advise the participants to be in very good physical condition and to have experience in this type of tests. Participants have
to be prepared to manage sometimes difficult race conditions and a physical or mental state derived from great exhaustion. In addition, all those athletes who are serving a doping penalty cannot participate in our tests.
regardless of the sports federation that imposes such sanction.

Medical certificate.

to. AdvTrail45k: We have two models. One for runners who have already been validated in the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions. In both cases, an electrocardiogram must also be attached to be reviewed by the event medical team, being able to request Stress Test and Echocardiogram if deemed necessary.
