As a result of the preventive actions against COVID-19 (better known as coronavirus), the Costa Brava Stage Run test has had to modify its date, and postpone the event until October 2.


The Costa Brava Stage Run comes to make you enjoy 3 spectacular days, running near the sea through some wonderful places. It is organized by BiFree Sports , making it a unique experience in an incredible environment.

They are three days of running, adventure, companionship and above all, of unforgettable emotions and memories.

The Costa Brava Stage Run is a complete experience enjoying the privileged environment of the Costa Brava itself. This allows to form a large family and live the race more intensely. One of these moments is dinner together with the rest of the runners and staff of the race, at which time they also take advantage of the briefing for the next stage, the podiums of the disputed stage are made and the photos and the summary video of the day.

The first stage will start from Blanes , passing through Cala Canyellesm Cala Morisca which will be the last part of the stage until reaching Tossa de Mar.

The second stage will cross two protected natural spaces: the Montgrí Park and the Illes Medes and the Baix Ter. The departure will be from the beach of La Fosca (Palamós), which we will pass through some coves that among them will be the coves of Agua Xelida and Aiguablava, which is where they will mark the beginning of the ascent to the highest point of the stage (245m) until reaching L'Escala which is the end of the second stage.

The third stage we will cross through the Cap de Creus Natural Park. The start will be from Roses , passing through Cala Montjoi, Cala Jòncols, crossing the Cap de Creus we will pass 317m from the highest point of the race until finishing in Portbou .

The CBSR Experience will have the same stage and route finishes as the CBSR except for the start of the 2nd stage, which will be from the Aiguablava beach (Begur) and the start of the 3rd stage in Cadaqués.
