As a result of the preventive actions before the COVID-19 (better known as coronavirus), the Ibiza Blue Challenge Triathlon test has had to cancel the event for this edition, the published date is estimated, we will be attentive to the news of the organization.
It is time to participate in a unique, special and reduced test to very few participants. On June 6 a new challenge awaits you at the Ibiza Blue Challenge Triathlon . Available in two distances, the test will make you experience the nature of the island of Ibiza up close in a sporting event that has all the ingredients for you to spend a fantastic weekend.
Triathletes will be able to choose between the Half distance and the Olympic distance, although the routes are special because the organization has introduced changes in the modalities. The most notable are the departure from the open sea, between the rocks of Isla Margarita, and a long transition between the end of the swimming section and the start of the cycling sector. In the section tour we reveal more.
The organization wants it to be a very small test and only for a select few, whom it promises to take care of in every detail. The Ibiza Blue Challenge Triathlon is a test designed to get you acquainted with the vertigo of deep blue from a swimming start under an island separated from the coast where you will discover probably the hardest and longest of the bike transitions in the whole world. A cycling circuit breaks legs with an asphalt in good condition and a finish line nestled in one of the most authentic rural towns of Ibiza after traveling the last 13km of the race on good-looking mountain roads, impressive views and steep slopes.
Are you going to miss it?
The Ibiza Blue Challenge Triathlon can be played in Half distance or Olympic distance. You choose what challenge you want to set and how to enjoy the island of Ibiza. Of course, do not expect a conventional triathlon. Ibiza Blue Challenge will be a unique and different experience.
