These General Contracting Conditions apply to the contracting of registrations for sporting events organized by third parties and that RACETICK SL, in its condition of intermediary, provides the service of mandate or sale, according to the assumption, on the website of its ownership hosted in the URL www.racetick.com to any Internet user.

The order made by the Client for contracting the inscriptions to the sporting events offered through the Web leads to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of these General Conditions, so, before proceeding to their acceptance, carefully read their content. If you do not accept the CCGG, the registration in such sporting events will not take place and, consequently, will not entail the assumption of any type of obligation and / or responsibility by RACETICK.
To proceed correctly with the registration, the Client must follow each one of the steps of the procedure provided on the Web and select the sporting event in which he wishes to register.
Object: Mandate Service.
The purpose of these CCGGs is to establish the conditions on which RACETICK will act as agent of the Client with the objective that RACETICK carries out the registration to the sporting event selected by the Client, as well as the form of payment and the rights and obligations that will entail the service.
The main characteristics of the sporting events published in RACETICK can be consulted through the Website in the descriptive sheet with which they are presented, which also includes a link to the regulations and general conditions of the organizer of the sporting event. Acceptance of the Mandate is conditioned on the Client's fulfillment of all his obligations established in these conditions and specifically on the payment.
Request for mandate for registration
In order to register for the sporting event, the Client must provide the personal data requested so that RACETICK can carry out the registration and payment process. For this, the Client authorizes RACETICK to carry out the registration process on their behalf, legitimizing and forcing RACETICK to carry out the registration by the Client.
By placing the Mandate Request, the Client accepts these General Conditions, RACETICK's data protection policy, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and compliance regulations established by the Organizer of the sporting event. The price of the inscriptions will be the one that appears in Euros on the Web and will include VAT and any other tax or rate that exists, as well as any additional expense, duly broken down.
Additionally, RACETICK may offer discounts in the framework of certain promotions, although said discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. The Price applicable to the Mandate Request made by the Client will be the one stated at the time of accepting the General Conditions regarding the registration to the selected event.
Payment
The Client may make the payment of the Mandate by debit / credit card (Visa, Mastercardy Maestro) or other online payment methods.
Confirmation of the Mandate Request.
Subsequent to the Payment, the Client will receive an email confirming the receipt of the Mandate, and a copy of these General Conditions. The shipment will be made the same day the Payment is received.
Inscription
Once it has been verified that the Payment has been made correctly, RACETICK will register the Client according to what is stated in the Mandate. Once the registration is made in their name, the proof of registration and the receipt of payment will be sent to the Client by email to the address indicated by the Client during the contracting procedure.
The Client must appear at the delivery of the bibs of the day of the sporting event and present the proof of registration and their national identity document to collect the bib (and, where appropriate, the necessary sports equipment) and participate in the sporting event , as established in the general contracting conditions of the organizer of the sports event.
By requesting that RACETICK register the sporting event on their behalf through the Web, the Client obtains the official registration to it and, therefore, will have the same rights and duties as those granted by the organizer of the sporting event to any person who contract with him directly, including the duty to comply with the Regulations of the event and any other terms and conditions that are binding. The Client will be able to check their registration to the sporting event on the Racetick website and that of the organizer.
Responsibility
RACETICK will not be responsible for any errors that may occur in the delivery of the registration receipt in the event that the Client has not correctly filled out the form on the Web.
RACETICK is a simple agent and does not exercise any control over the events and the availability to register for them, therefore, it is exempt from any responsibility and / or claim derived, directly or indirectly, from the celebration of sporting events (especially , of any obligation assumed by the organizer towards the Client). All claims regarding the realization, suspension, modification or cancellation of the contracted sporting event must be addressed to the event organizer with the presentation of the confirmed registration.
Likewise, RACETICK will inform, if so communicated by the organizer, the dates, times and / or programs of sporting events and, where appropriate, their suspension or cancellation. All the guarantees, conditions and other terms implicit by the applicable legal regulations are, to the extent permitted by law, excluded from any contract between the Client and RACETICK, except for the provisions applicable in the Civil Code and the Royal Legislative Decree. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In this sense, (a) RACETICK's total responsibility for a contract, damage, falsification, compensation or any other form that may arise in connection with the execution or the planned execution of any agreement between RACETICK and the Client will be limited to the price established in the contract to be paid by the Client; and (b) RACETICK will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Client, costs, expenses or other corresponding compensation claims for the damage caused arising out of or in relation to any contract between RACETICK and the Client.
Suggestions, complaints and claims
The Client must contact RACETICK, through the means indicated at the beginning of these General Conditions, to express their suggestions, complaints and claims, RACETICK committing to attend to them as soon as possible and, in any case, within a month from that are presented.
Cancellation and withdrawal

In all events that specify "Cancellation Guarantee for Injury Included" The Client may unsubscribe up to fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the celebration of the sporting event, a period that, in any case, exceeds the legal withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days provided for by current regulations from the date of receipt of the registration receipt. The refund will be 100% of the amount paid as registration, only in cases where the participant justifies an injury that prevents him from participating in the event. In sports events that do not specify "Cancellation Guarantee for injury included", the cancellation conditions of the event organizer will be adopted. Cancellation or withdrawal request
To exercise the right of return or cancellation, the Client must request a return to the Contact Form , attaching a receipt from the doctor or hospital that indicates the participant's injury
Once you have correctly exercised your right of withdrawal or the Racetick money-back guarantee and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the necessary information, and after validating the medical proof, RACETIK will carry out the corresponding payment and will return to the Client the full amount of the registration fee.

Nullity
If any of the clauses of the General Conditions were declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective and they will remain in force in everything else, taking as non-provision such provision or the part thereof that is affected. For such purposes, the General Contract Conditions will only cease to be valid exclusively with respect to the null or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision thereof will be annulled, invalidated, harmed or affected by such nullity or ineffectiveness.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.
In accordance with art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in matters of consumption , Clients are informed that they can submit their claims to the dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://e.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Likewise, in the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation and / or application of the General Conditions, the competent Courts will be those established by the applicable regulations regarding competent jurisdiction in matters of consumers and users.
